John Read

John Read is a Sr UX Motion Designer and a seasoned multimedia producer with a diverse background in motion graphics, audio design, and photography. They have worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. since 2022, where they focus on enhancing customer experiences through motion design while also establishing best practices for its implementation in the design system. Prior to this role, John was a multimedia producer at The Design Network and a primary motion designer for an AI project at Udacity. With a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts and a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, John has built a comprehensive skill set as a freelance creative since 2007.
