Justin Cook

Justin Cook is currently a District HR Business Partner at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they focus on people development and enhancing associate and customer engagement. Previously, they served as a District Manager and Store Manager at Kohl's from 2018 to 2024, honing their skills in operational efficiency and sales growth. Justin graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time at the beach and watching Netflix with their spouse and rescue dog, Cooper.
