KeyShaun Simkins

KeyShaun Simkins, MS, is currently a Human Resources Business Partner at Lowe’s Companies, Inc. With extensive experience in training, development, visual merchandising, and expert selling, KeyShaun previously served as an Academy Facilitator at Walmart, managing training programs for management and evaluating store performance metrics. They also held the position of Human Resources Partner at Target and Human Resources Business Partner at Walgreens Boots Alliance. KeyShaun earned a Master's in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at South College.
