Prior to that, Lisa’s tenure at Walmart included roles such as Supercenter Store Co-Manager, Store Manager, and Market Fashion Merchandiser, showcasing a strong focus on high-volume operations and associate development. Lisa also served as Regional Field Merchandising Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., before returning to Lowe's in April 2023 as Store Manager, concentrating on enhancing customer experiences and community engagement. Additionally, Lisa's role at The Home Depot involved responsibilities in learning and development, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
