Michael Kersting

Michael Kersting is a seasoned professional in real estate, legal, property management, and lease administration, with extensive experience in commercial real estate roles. Previously, they served as an Assistant General Counsel at Walmart, overseeing a legal team and supporting store expansion, and later held various leadership positions, including Director of Realty Transactions and Senior Counsel at Lowe's Companies, Inc. Currently, Michael leads the Property Management and Lease Administration teams at Lowe's, managing the company’s real estate portfolio. They are pursuing a JD in Law and a BSBA in Finance at the University of Arkansas. Recognized for their detail-oriented and organized approach, Michael excels in building productive relationships and fostering a collaborative team environment.
