Mike Norris is a results-oriented leader currently serving as a Senior Merchant at Lowe's Companies, Inc. With extensive experience in buying, planning, and management, they have a proven track record of delivering strategic vision and driving sales, including managing over $250 million in annual sales at JC Penney. Previously, Mike held various buyer positions at Stage Stores and JC Penney, where they successfully improved sales and market share during challenging economic times. Mike continues to seek opportunities for team development and encourages collaboration and coaching among peers.
