Miranda Johnson

Miranda Johnson is a dedicated marketing professional with experience in customer service and digital communications. At Nordstrom Rack, a Service Experience Specialist from March 2023 to August 2023, Miranda executed customer-centric marketing strategies that promoted loyalty programs, driving customer retention and sales growth. Currently, as a Mainline Cashier at Lowe's Companies, Inc. since May 2024, Miranda continues to enhance sales through effective marketing techniques, surpassing sales goals. Additionally, as a Digital Communications Intern at Cincinnati Country Day School since September 2025, Miranda conducts interviews and manages social media content to engage the community. Miranda is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, expected to graduate in 2026.
