Natalie Silver

Natalie Silver is the Director of Digital Commerce Chat Operations at Lowe's Companies, Inc., a position held since 2023. Previously, Natalie served in multiple roles at Groupon, including Director of Global Customer Growth and Senior Manager of Global Customer Engagement, from 2017 to 2019. Before that, Natalie worked as a Merchant and Senior Merchant at Abercrombie & Fitch from 2011 to 2013. Natalie earned an MBA in Strategy and Operations from The Ohio State University in 2015 and holds a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis, where studies focused on marketing, human resource management, and psychology.
