Pennie Ayers is an accomplished supply chain executive with extensive experience in transportation and logistics across major retail organizations. From October 2018 to December 2020, Pennie served as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain - Transportation at Radial Inc., providing strategic leadership to support a high-growth e-commerce fulfillment network. Prior to that, Pennie held several key positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc., including Vice President of Supply Chain Transportation and currently as Senior Vice President of Transportation & Final Mile since October 2023. At Macy's, roles included Vice President of Retail Store & E-Commerce Transportation, Operating Vice President for Furniture & Bedding Operations, and Group Vice President of Logistics, demonstrating a strong track record in developing transportation networks and managing relationships with logistics providers.
