Rob Taylor

Rob Taylor, M.Ed., is an experienced Learning and Development Leader with a strong background in creating training programs and building training organizations. They have held various positions, including Senior Manager of Talent Development at Walmart and EHR Certified Instructor at Mercy. Currently, Rob serves on the Board of Directors at Ovations as Chair of the DEI Committee and works as a Senior Learning Consultant at Lowe's Companies, Inc. Rob holds a Master of Education in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University.
