Ryan Pickard

Ryan Pickard is a Senior Asset Protection Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they oversee multiple stores and implement safety and shrink prevention programs. Previously, Ryan worked at JCPenney as an Asset Protection Manager and held various roles focused on loss prevention and safety in retail environments. They began their career at Brooksby Village, where they served as a Restaurant Assistant and Security Officer, earning the Employee of the Year award in 2012. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Salem State University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Plymouth State University.
