Sam Kanter

Sam Kanter possesses extensive experience in operations and property management, having served in various capacities across multiple organizations. Beginning with Cadillac Fairview Corporation in the shopping centre accounting division, Sam moved onto managing shopping centers for LEHNDORFF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and MARKBOROUGH PROPERTIES LTD, where significant financial improvements were achieved. From 1990 to 2002, Sam held the role of Director of Operations at Paper Ideas, overseeing daily functions and community engagement. As the Principal Owner of The New home of Paper Ideas from 2002 to 2013, Sam introduced international fine stationery designs and received multiple awards for innovative invitation design. Sam's career also includes roles in commercial sales and construction project assistance. Educational qualifications include diplomas in Business Management and General Accounting from Ryerson Polytechnic University, Marketing and Property Management from Michigan State University, and a CPM certification from the Institute of Housing Management.
