Scott Goode is currently the Senior Counsel for Intellectual Property at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they manage a team responsible for the legal protection and enforcement of trademark, copyright, and domain name matters. They previously served as a Senior Associate at Stevens Davis Miller & Mosher LLP and held in-house positions at Menards and E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company. Scott earned a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University—Shepard Broad Law Center and holds a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from Emory University, alongside a degree in Intellectual Property from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
