Simon Fields

Simon Fields is currently the Director of Finance at Lowe's Companies, Inc., after a successful tenure at Target, where they held various leadership roles, including Planning Operations Financial Lead and Inventory Planning Manager. During their time at Target, Simon executed inventory strategies that supported significant business growth in the Activewear sector and led initiatives that optimized financial routines and operational forecasting. They received multiple awards for their achievements, including the ‘Golden Sales Award’ in 2018 and 2019. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they also contributed as a Research Assistant.
