Stephanie McClain

Stephanie McClain, LPC, has extensive experience in loss prevention within the retail sector. Beginning as a Loss Prevention Agent at Nordstrom from August 2000 to April 2004, Stephanie maintained safety for customers and staff while conducting surveillance and investigations. After a brief tenure at The Home Depot from May 2004 to June 2005, focusing on loss prevention and safety program compliance, Stephanie joined Lowe's Home Improvement in December 2005. In the current role as District Loss Prevention & Operations Support Manager, responsibilities include supervising a team of Loss Prevention Specialists and managing operational goals related to inventory shrinkage and accident rates. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from San Jose State University, earned between 2002 and 2008.
