Vicky Pare

Vicky Pare is currently an Associate Recruiter in Talent Acquisition at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience and finding the best talent to contribute to the company's success. They have been with Lowe's since 2003, starting as a Human Resource Manager and later becoming a Talent Acquisition Partner in 2019. Prior to this, Vicky held the position of Human Resource Generalist at Builders Square and CompUSA. Vicky is also pursuing an education in Interior Decorating at Patricia Steven Fashion School. In their personal time, Vicky enjoys yard work, home improvement projects, baking, and spending time with family and dogs.
