Winton Brown is a Senior Product Designer at Lowe's Companies, Inc., specializing in user experience design. With a background in product design, Winton has contributed to improving the Contact Center's operations by transitioning live chat software into Salesforce. They have served as the sole designer for the Pro space, enhancing user experiences for sales associates and maintaining essential stakeholder relationships. Additionally, Winton mentors aspiring designers through Springboard, sharing their expertise to help others enter the UX field. Winton holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Syracuse University and has completed a Javascript/MEAN Stack Certification.
