Pascal TEBIBEL

Pascal Tebibel is the Directeur des Relations Institutionnelles at Loxam and has held this position since 2022. They are also the Vice-President of Orléans Métropole and President of Orléans Val de Loire Technopole, with a focus on economic development and digital economy. Pascal has extensive prior experience at companies such as ExxonMobil and COLAS in various strategic and communication roles across Europe and Africa. They hold a Master of Science in Physical Chemistry from The Ohio State University and have completed executive education programs in marketing at HEC.
