Loxodrome is a Sydney-based technology company building independent AI monitoring and evidence infrastructure for regulated enterprises, beginning with APRA-regulated Australian financial institutions. 

The platform captures every AI interaction across an organisation (human-initiated, vendor, and agentic) and monitors it against a company's operational risk framework in real time, while also cryptographically sealing each AI decision into independently verifiable evidence bundles. 

Once a record is written, nothing, including Loxodrome itself, can alter it. A board, internal audit function, or regulator can verify the record without relying on Loxodrome's software, which is why we think of ourselves as "the black box recorder for enterprise AI."

The platform is built for second-line risk, compliance, and model governance functions: Chief Risk Officers, Heads of Operational Risk and Model Risk, Chief Compliance Officers, and CISOs. It maps to obligations under APRA's CPS 230 and CPS 234, the Financial Accountability Regime, ASIC's s912A and RG 271, and the automated-decision-making transparency provisions of the Privacy Amendment Act 2024. We are quickly expanding our functionality to become a post-market monitoring system purpose-built for Article 72 of the EU AI Act.
