Mark Klein

Mark Klein has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Mark began their career at Channel Computing in 1988, where they served as Chairman, CEO, CTO, and Founder, overseeing the development and design of the company's software products. After Channel Computing was acquired, the software was sold by CA. In 1993, Klein founded Edge Research, where they served as CEO and Founder until 1994. Mark then joined Lotus Development/IBM in 1994 as the GM of Enterprise Integration, a role they also held at IBM during the same period. In 1999, Klein became the CEO and Manager at Loyalty Builders Inc., a position they held until 2010. During this time, they also served as CEO and CTO. In 2016, Klein worked as a Writer, and they have remained with that role till the present.

Mark Klein earned an A.B. degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania, where they attended from 1951 to 1955. Mark further pursued their education at Indiana University Bloomington, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Physics between 1956 and 1964.
