For this purpose we have developed a standardized and scalable customer feedback system - Loyalty feedbackTM - building on 2-question technique (a closed scale questions complemented by an open question). 

With the closed scale questions - To what extent do you recommend us ... - we'll split your customers in the three types of customers: Detractores, Passive and Promoters, and we can based on these segments continuously calculate your Loyalty Score. A simple but extremely useful indicator (KPI) that accurately expresses how strong a relationship you have with your customers. The loyaltyscore can be broken down into different segments depending on your business / organization and is used as benchmarking and development. 

With the simple approach to customers as our customer feedback system - Loyalty feedbackTM - suggests, is asking your customers about their experience of contact and dialogue with you easy and efficient.
