Lee Baker

Lee Baker is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and consultancy across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Technology at Loyalty Now, Lee has successfully designed a high-performance software platform for card-linked loyalty programs, attracting major clients like Telstra and Qantas. Prior roles include Lead Consultant at Talk Enterprises, where Lee addressed technology challenges for businesses, and CTO and founder of Surgipref, which provided innovative solutions for hospital surgery inventory management. With a strong foundation in agile methodologies developed during tenure as Global Technology Lead at Praemium, Lee has also held key positions at Healthily, Newbuy, iBidAM, and DWS, consistently delivering value and exceeding client expectations. Lee holds a double degree in Business and Information Systems from LaTrobe University.
