Ben Pointing

Ben Pointing has over a decade of work experience. Ben started their career in 2010 at IHS Jane's as a Researcher. Ben then joined Waitrose as part of the Waitrose Graduate Management Scheme. In 2013, they moved to tcc global as a Business Development Manager and Key Account Manager. In 2017, they became the Director of Sales and Customer Success at Flock App. Most recently, in 2019, they joined LoyaltyLion as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Customer Success & Partnerships.

Ben Pointing completed their MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2017. Prior to that, they had obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Indian School of Business in 2017. Ben also completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Post War Recovery Studies from the University of York in 2010 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the same university in 2008.
