But after battling a variety of health issues, my life has done a 180. I’ve built a thriving seven-figure family business, climbed one of the tallest mountains in the world, skydived over a glacier, and competed in bodybuilding competitions for fun. To top it all off, in my thirties, I discovered (and had repaired) a hole in my heart.
