Bill Farrell

Bill is a founding partner of LP Analyst and is responsible for setting firm strategy and relationship development.

Previously, Bill was co-head of Cogent Partners’ research business unit. Bill has over 13 years of private market advisory experience focused valuation. Bill has overseen valuation services on over 1,500 investments supporting more than $20B in internal transfers, fairness opinions, secondary sales, audit opinions and other value assessments.

Bill began his career as part of Bear Stearns’ investment banking division where he worked on public and private debt and equity offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Bill holds a BA in Finance and a minor in Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
