Leah Larson is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in site redevelopment projects for both private and public developers. Currently serving as a civil engineer at LPA since January 2011, Leah leads various school redevelopment, civic, and commercial projects in collaboration with architects and engineers. Previously, as a project engineer at RBF Consulting from October 2004 to December 2010, Leah focused on infrastructure for residential developments, specializing in drainage, sewer, water systems, and street design. Leah’s early career includes an internship at Caltrans in the Division of Bridge Design and the Office of Earthquake Engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural from the University of California, Davis, and coursework in Sustainability Studies from the University of California, Irvine.
