Mackenzie Mack is a business professional with a strong focus on driving people, performance, and impact. They made history as the first Black woman to compete on Indiana State University's Women's Golf Team and are now a dual-certified LPGA and PGA professional. Mackenzie has served as the Senior Program Director for The First Tee - Tampa Bay and held various roles at Callaway Golf, where they completed the Leadership Rotational Program and currently work as the Director of HR Business Partner & Community Engagement. Currently serving as the Western Section President for the LPGA, Mackenzie is committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion while helping individuals reach their full potential both in golf and in their professional lives. They hold an MBA from Indiana State University.
