Matt Cornwell served as Senior Corporate Counsel at the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) from 2022 to 2021 and previously held the position of Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining the LPGA, they were Counsel at Fortegra from 2014 to 2019, where they managed commercial contracts, supported corporate financing and M&A projects, and provided legal counsel. Matt earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Florida State University College of Law in 2014 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Oglethorpe University in 2011.
