Andra Luksa

Andra Luksa is the Head of Human Resources at LPP Latvia, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Andra served as a Senior Consultant at WorkingDay Latvia from 2004 to 2013, and as Recruitment Manager at Orange Group Baltic from 2013 to 2017, where they developed and maintained recruitment processes. They also held the role of HR Manager at DEPO DIY from 2020 to 2021, coordinating HR policies and managing talent processes. Andra earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy from 1999 to 2003.
