Dagna Rodak

Dagna Rodak is a strategic buyer at LPP S.A. since July 2022, overseeing supplier relations, negotiating high-value orders, and optimizing costs to enhance market competitiveness. Prior to this role, Dagna served as a fashion buyer at LPP S.A. from February 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing product range development, negotiating pricing, and collaborating closely with sourcing teams in Asia. Earlier experience includes project management at UNIFEQ Europe, focusing on military textile contracts, and roles as an assistant buyer at Auchan and a researcher at REED and COPERS INTERNATIONAL SEARCH. Dagna holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from the International School of Political Studies in Poland, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at Institut d'études politiques de Lille, and a Bachelor's degree in French Studies from the University of Warsaw.
