Founder and co-founder of LPP, currently President of the Management Board. From the beginning of his professional career, he has focused on developing his own business and has been involved in the clothing industry since 1989. In 1991, together with Jerzy Lubianiec, he founded Mistral, which was transformed into LPP four years later.
As President of the Management Board, he is responsible for all aspects of the company's operations – from managing clothing brands, through product development, to omnichannel sales operations. He oversees the company's strategic activities in the ESG area and manages teams responsible for commissioning collection production worldwide. In 2013, he was recognized by the prestigious Harvard Business Review as the most effective CEO in Poland.
Marek Piechocki was born in 1961. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology.
Marek Piechocki does not conduct any business competitive to the Issuer, is not a partner in a competitive civil partnership or partnership, is not a member of a governing body of a competitive company, or any other competitive legal entity. Marek Piechocki is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
