Wiktor Sobolewski

Wiktor Sobolewski is an experienced loss prevention professional with a career spanning over 15 years in various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Loss Prevention at LPP S.A. since April 2014, Wiktor manages a department overseeing loss prevention for more than 2,000 brick-and-mortar stores across over 20 countries and logistics operations in large distribution centers. Prior to this role, Wiktor held the position of Loss Prevention Manager at Empik Group, where responsibilities included managing a field team and coordinating security activities. Wiktor's career began as a Customer Advisor at Empik and includes earlier experience in hospitality. Wiktor holds a Master's degree in Political Science with a focus on Political Marketing from Collegium Civitas Warszawa.
