Simon To has over 21 years of experience in solution consulting and system analysis, currently serving as the Solution Consulting Manager in Presales at PCCW Solutions Limited since July 2006. In this role, Simon leads the application development branch of the presales team, focusing on bespoke application, IoT, and customer integration solutions, while also managing solution development for government and commercial client tenders. Previous positions include Senior Solution Specialist and Senior Solution Analyst at PCCW Solutions, where responsibilities included project management and leading solution analysis for various SI projects. Prior to this, Simon worked as a System Analyst at E-Mice Solutions (HK) Limited. Simon holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
