Susanne Nilsson

Susanne Nilsson is a development-oriented and dedicated leader with 20 years of leadership and personnel management experience, along with over 25 years in financial work. They have served as a Chief Accountant at Nordic Lubricants AB and MTG Accounting AB, and from 2013 to 2020, held the position of Head of Group Finance at LRF - Lantbrukarnas Riksförbund. In that role, Susanne managed a team of 18 and was responsible for ensuring efficient processes in accounting, VAT, and tax handling, while also overseeing the implementation of a new goal management model. They are driven by results, focusing on team development and operational efficiency.
