Aditi Datta is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management across various industries. Aditi’s career includes a significant tenure as Manager of Human Resources at Global Payments, where responsibilities involved promoting HR values, developing organizational strategies, and managing HR programs. Prior roles at Reliance Brands and Accor Services included overseeing employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Aditi's professional journey started at Reliance Retail Private Limited and Hewitt Associates, where foundational HR operations and process transitions were handled. Aditi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from the Welingkar Institute of Management and has a master's degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai.
