Alis Kennedy currently serves as Global People Partner at LRQA since April 2020, where Alis is responsible for the people strategy within the Inspection Services business, operating in 42 countries with a headcount of 1,200. Prior to this, Alis worked at Rolls-Royce from November 2010 to April 2020 in various HR roles, including Senior People Partner for the Innovation Hub and HR Business Partner for R2 Data Labs, playing a key role in digital transformation initiatives and strategic workforce planning. Earlier experience includes positions at Hays, where Alis led talent acquisition efforts, and other HR roles focused on recruitment and business management. Alis holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology & Communication Studies from the University of Liverpool.
