Ashley Prosser serves as a DevOps Lead at LRQA since May 2025, after holding the same position at Animal Friends from September 2019 to May 2025. In these roles, Ashley drove improvements in infrastructure and software delivery by implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Prior to this, Ashley held various positions, including Lead Software Developer at Managed and Senior Web Developer at CrowdComms, where significant contributions were made to coding standards and feature development. Earlier experience includes working as a Web Developer at Mothership Software Limited, delivering front-end and back-end solutions, and as a Software Engineer at Noveos, utilizing ColdFusion and MSSQL. Ashley began a career in technology as a Systems Administrator at St Marys School Shaftesbury following education at Gillingham School from 2002 to 2011.
