Iyad Basheer

Iyad Basheer currently serves as a Senior Solutions Architect at LRQA since November 2024, having previously held similar positions at Evaluate Ltd and GBG Plc. With a robust background in technical architecture, Iyad Basheer has led significant projects at IDscan Biometrics Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing infrastructure and software development related to face recognition technologies. Prior to this, Iyad Basheer contributed to the healthcare sector as Chief Software Architect at Al Noor Hospitals Group, focusing on the redesign of management information systems. As a co-founder and CEO of Alef Information Solutions, Iyad Basheer established a strong foundation in various technologies over an eleven-year tenure. Further early career experience includes a senior IT consultant role at the German Agency for Technical Cooperation. Iyad Basheer holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Aleppo University.
