Janet Martinez, MBA, SPHR, CSHO, is an accomplished People Relations Advisor at LRQA, where a global approach to people relations initiatives is implemented for international Quality Assurance teams. In addition, Janet serves as a Career Coach at HR Mami, supporting individuals in their personal and professional growth. As Executive Director of the Professional Opportunity Connection for All, the mission of uplifting immigrants towards financial equity is pursued through education and resources.
