Joel Ockwell

Joel Ockwell is a seasoned professional in talent management and performance development, currently serving as the Global Talent and Performance Development Manager at LRQA since July 2022, focusing on talent identification and executive leadership assessment. Prior to this role, Joel was the Managing Psychologist at Cappfinity from May 2019 to July 2022, leading a team to enhance performance for FTSE 100 clients using strengths-based talent solutions across multiple regions. Previous experience includes positions as Principal Psychologist at Thomas International, where expertise was applied in recruitment and talent management within the EMEA and APAC regions, and as Assessment Associate at PwC.
