Lin Chen

Lin Chen, Ph.D., is a seasoned expert in data science and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the Head of Data Science & AI at LRQA since July 2024. Prior to this role, Lin held positions including Principal Data Scientist at Motability Operations Ltd, Manager at PwC, and Lead Data Scientist at Telstra Purple. Experience also includes roles as a Data Scientist at Elevate and Credit Suisse, alongside a Senior Pricing Data Scientist position at Hiscox and various data-focused roles at Premium Credit Ltd. Lin's career began with an IT Support Assistant role at King's College London and an internship at Standard Chartered Bank. Academically, Lin earned a Ph.D. in Robotics from King's College London, an MSc in Automotive Engineering, and a BSc in Automotive Engineering from Jilin University.
