Nayara M. is the Human Rights Due Diligence Global Lead at LRQA, where they manage the execution of PepsiCo’s Global Human Rights Due Diligence programs. Previously, Nayara held roles at Alvarez & Marsal and Unilever, focusing on responsible sourcing and social accountability in supply chain operations. They began their career at Nestlé, where they contributed to quality assurance and led continuous improvement initiatives. Nayara holds a B.S. in Pharmacy and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from Fundação Dom Cabral. They have been recognized with the McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders award for their impactful contributions to leadership.
