Paul Graaf

Paul Graaf is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Director for Europe Assessment Services at LRQA since December 2021, overseeing a GBP 80 million P&L across 24 European countries and managing relations with employee representative bodies. With a career spanning over three decades, Graaf held various senior roles at Lloyd's Register from July 1996 to April 2024, including Area Operations Manager for Northern Europe, Business Director for Customised Assurance, COO, and EMEA Regional Director. Prior to this, Graaf gained maritime experience with Holland America Line, Vroon, and Shell Tankers. Academically, Graaf holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Engineering in Nautical and Engineering from Nautical Institute 'De Ruyter'.
