Paul T.

Paul T. began their work experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Jaguar from September 2001 to October 2003. Paul then worked as an Operational Excellence Analyst at TSYS Europe from November 2003 to July 2005. From August 2005 to September 2009, Paul worked as a Business Effectiveness Executive Advisor for KPMG UK. Following this, they served as a Process Transformation Manager at EY from September 2009 to January 2011. Paul then joined KPMG UK again as an Operational Transformation Manager from January 2011 to January 2013, followed by Head of Marketing Operations from January 2013 to April 2014, and finally as Head of Operations - Global Supply Chain Centre of Excellence from April 2014 to November 2015. Paul then moved on to Macmillan Education, where they held the position of Director - Operations Analysis (Education Group) from November 2015 to June 2018, and later Director - Business Improvement Programmes from June 2018 to February 2021. Paul then joined Sky as Head of Transformation from March 2021 to March 2022, and subsequently as Head of Enablement Applications from March 2022 to September 2023. Currently, they work at LRQA as the Head of Transformation & IT Value Management Office starting from September 2023.

Paul T. attended Durham University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a BA(Hons) degree in Economics & Politics.
