Steve Gibbons

Steve Gibbons is a founding Director of Ergon Associates and currently serves as the Head of Advisory for UK and Ireland at LRQA. With a professional background in labour law, they have specialized in business and human rights for over 17 years, becoming a recognized international expert in the field. Steve has led numerous human rights impact assessments and developed due diligence frameworks while collaborating with various organizations, including the European Commission and the World Bank. They are also a graduate of the University of Nottingham Law School and the Inns of Court School of Law in London. Outside of their professional endeavors, Steve enjoys spending time with family, playing the jazz trumpet, and participating in sports.
