Christopher Fitch

Christopher Fitch's work experience begins with their current role as a Database Developer and Team Lead at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS). In this position, they provide technical expertise and performs data conversion functions for the implementation of LRS's PensionGold software. Christopher'sresponsibilities include analyzing customer data, executing data conversion tasks, and developing data access objects.

Prior to their current role, Fitch worked at Willis Towers Watson. Christopher started as a Systems Analyst in 2002, where they facilitated a team of setup/configurations analysts and contributed to enhancing system functionality. Christopher also served as a Setup/Configuration Analyst, collaborating with a multiple client team to set up and test client plan provisions. In 2014, Fitch became a Business Analyst, playing a key role in implementing new services and providing technical support to clients.

From 2007 to 2014, Fitch worked at Xerox as a Client Services, Sr. Analyst. And before that, they were at Hewitt Associates, starting in 2002. At Hewitt Associates, Fitch served as a Systems Analyst, providing overall direction and leadership to a team of setup/configurations analysts. Christopher also worked as a Setup/Configuration Analyst, ensuring system functionality and debugging system errors.

Christopher Fitch earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2002. Christopher then went on to complete a Masters degree in Finance at DePaul University from 2008 to 2012.
