Jeff Lecko has extensive experience in the technology and operations sectors, currently serving as the Director of EOM Services for North America at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. since 2007. In this role, Jeff has a strong focus on pre-sales engineering and the design of enterprise-level solutions that integrate various outputs from different systems. Prior to joining LRS, Jeff worked at AIG as a Systems Analyst and IT Operations Team Lead, where responsibilities included telecommunications technology and enhancing call center efficiency. Jeff began the career at Argent Software as an Evangelist, Pre-Sales Engineer, and R&D team member, contributing to the development of an enterprise batch job scheduling package and monitoring software.
