Mark Ladd has extensive experience in technical sales, professional services, and project management, primarily with Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. since August 1999. Currently serving as EMEA Technical Director, Mark oversees EMEA Technical Sales, Project Management, Product Support, and Product Management functions, and is a member of the LRS Project Management Board. Prior roles include EMEA Senior Technical Manager and Senior European Technical Manager, focusing on pre-sales, technical sales, and support for Enterprise Output Management solutions. Earlier in his career, Mark worked as a Senior Software Consultant at LRS and held a consultancy position at Standard Life, along with a role as Senior Systems Programmer at Dun & Bradstreet from 1988 to 1997.
