Michael Duncan

Michael Duncan has a diverse work experience in IT and administrative roles. Michael is currently the Director of IT Solutions Service Delivery at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS), a position they have held since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Service Delivery Manager at the same company. Michael also served as an Information Technology Manager and Administrative Coordinator at the University of Illinois at Chicago from 2013 to 2017. Before that, they were the IT Services Manager at Hospital Sisters Health System in 2012. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Principal and Managing Member of Virtual IT of Florida. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Director of Infrastructure & Production Operations at WCI Communities from 2003 to 2010 and Vice President of Client Services/Director of Information Technology at SmartDisk Corporation from 1999 to 2003.

Michael Duncan earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business between 2002 and 2004. Michael also obtained several additional certifications, including a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2015, an ITIL v2 to v3 Foundations Bridge from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2007, an ITIL Practitioner in Support & Restore certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2006, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2005.
