Mike Delcomyn

Mike Delcomyn is an experienced attorney currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. since April 2019. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of General Counsel at the Illinois Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) from July 2016 to April 2019, overseeing a legal team for a large agency with approximately 1,500 employees and a significant budget. Mike also served as Deputy General Counsel at DoIT and its predecessor, the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (BCCS), where responsibilities included negotiating IT and telecom contracts and supervising legal staff. Mike's legal career began at the Office of the State Appellate Defender, providing representation for indigent clients in appellate matters. Mike earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Northern Illinois University from 2002 to 2005.
